At Drunkletics, we strive to provide high-quality products. Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns or offer refunds when there is an issue with the product you receive.
Eligible reasons for a return, replacement, or refund include:
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
There is a defect in the material or print quality.

Once we review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If the issue is verified, we will either:
Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or other customer-related preferences.
